Abdulla Mubarak I B Al-Moadhadi is a graduate of College of Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Administrative Science and Economics Degree, Majoring in Accounting.
He is the former Minister of the Ministry of Environment in Doha, Qatar. As Minister he monitors, regulates and assesses industrial and municipal activities that concern the environment and leads the country’s environmental protection efforts. In addition, he encourages and promotes a sense of environmental responsibilities among individuals, institutions and organizations through public awareness campaigns and community partnerships. His Excellency also works as a Manager in the Office of the Crowned Prince Shiekh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Doha, Qatar; in which he is in-charged in the supervision of all office related activities and in monitoring their employees’ performance. Moreover, he also works as Financial Manager in the Ministry of Interior, Doha Qatar. He oversees the financial transactions, accounting matters and audit system of the institution. He also helps in formulating financial budget and target in accordance with the strategy of the Board of Directors and in ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met accordingly.

Mr Jumah Mubarak I B Al-Maadhadi is a graduate of College of Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Administrative Science and Economics Degree, Major in Finance and Management.
Mr Jumah brings invaluable expertise to UHY Ammo & Co., with more than 10 years of experience working with Qatar Central Bank in which he is assigned in several departments. As the former Manager from the Risk Management Department, he was able to plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the organization. Currently, he works as the Director of the Internal Control Dept. for QCB, leading and managing the budget process and monitoring the overall function of all Banks in the State of Qatar. Furthermore, he formulates financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the Board of Directors. Mr. Jumah is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Al Dar Exchange; he promotes a culture that will reflect the organization’s values, encourages good performance and rewards employees’ productivity. He creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budget.

MOAMEN MEDHAT EL SALAWY

Mr Moamen El Salawy is a Graduate of Cairo University, Egypt with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
Mr El Salawy as the Audit & Tax – Partner of UHY Ammo & Co. is engaged in making significant decisions related to accounting, auditing and gives an overview of the financial condition of the organization and its client. He assures that the auditing functions are completed in a professional manner and ensures conformance with the standard auditing procedures. Moreover, it is his duty to monitor the overall management of the auditing department with the organization, training and mentoring of the auditing staff. Likewise, he keeps a constant check on the performance of his team members.
For more than 20 years of professional experience in different auditing firms, Mr El Salawy has performed strategic audits, internal audits, revenue audits, enterprise risk management, zero based budgeting, and due diligence throughout his career. Prior to joining UHY Ammo & Co., he was also an Assistant Manager and was responsible for planning and performing financial and operational audits, training of audit staff and improving operational efficiency. His wide experience in the field of auditing has been a great help for UHY Ammo & Co. to give the exact needs of services to our growing clients.
